Create an Animation

We have a request from a client saying they want to make 3 short animations, about 20-30 seconds each, with a due date the 25th of October (and low budget of course =/ ). Its for a campaign on social media explaining how the plastic we use ends up in the ocean and in the animals. Its expected to be 2D animation.

Here is an example of one of the drafts (it probably needs to be cut shorter):

"Did you know that q-tips that are thrown actually ends up in the ocean?

Or that q-tips make up most of the plastic found on Norwegian beaches?

We throw them in the toilets, and from there it will transfer to the purification plant. But there is often overflow. Thus the q-tips - and other things that should not have been thrown in the toilet - end up in the ocean. There, it will gradually be broken down to smaller and smaller pieces until it ends up in the food chain as microplast when being eaten by the small animals in the ocean, such as shells and plankton."

The 3 animations are pretty similar in the storyline, (plast-item thrown in the toilets or drain, ends up in the ocean and eaten by animals) so many of the illustrations and animations can be re-used.

We want someone to develop the storyboard, illustrations and animation (and the sfx, if possible) for 1 000 $ pr animation, 30 seconds each.
