need 10000 facebook fans

I'm looking to add 10,000 Facebook fans, 10,000 Twitter fans,

They all should be global any where from globe.

• No fans that will risk my page deleted

• You must use good practices when gathering fans. (Facebook account and twitter account must not be banned/deleted for your actions. It should always be kept active. If Facebook account or twitter account is not complete/no longer active there will be no payment for this project.

Payment Terms

No milestone should be given.

50% payment is done as you achived your 50% work such as (250000 facebook fans, Twitter Fans)

50% payment after complition of all work.

• Please provide what techniques you will use to generate fans

Time duration.

Budget is not more then $100
