We currently sell in 5 Amazon market places (UK, FRANCE, ITALY, GERMANY, SPAIN).
We need some one to handle returns and respond to messages from customers, resolving any queries as quickly and efficiently as possible. Using Google translate to translate messages in any languages you are not familiar with. If able to speak any of the additional languages it is a plus. Some one who is professional and has the highest standard of customer service skills and etiquette when handling any query from our customers, especially complaints. This will be long term as we are growing our business at a fast rate, currently we are not getting many messages and return requests but this will increase as we launch more products.
