Craigslist poster setup - repost

I would like to hire someone to help me setup individual proxy accounts (clones) in 25-30 major cities in the USA for Craigslist posting. I need a complete system that will allow me to advertise my machines (dozers, excavators, etc) for sale in multiple markets without getting ghosted, flagged, etc.

I have a general understanding of how it will need to work, but would like to work with someone who has specific skills for getting the system setup efficiently and effectively.
