im looking for a reliable and dedicated person or a company for developing-designing interactive and static CDs on long term..
the person or company should be able to meet deadlines and be creative.
currnt project is for a Static CD development.
data for the CDs will be provided on cd or via email. you are free to choose your programming language and software as long as you can assure me that an average Indian user will be able to use it on his average PC with ease.
Design requirements will be to create a minimilist yet useful interface.
Development/Programming-coding requirements will be like, add features for easy navigation or making the content more user friendly, i.e. "search" or "go to" options or add copyprotection on the CD, by copy protection i mean something simple that wont allow an average user to copy the contents of the cd to hard disk and not disabling copy in right click on content pages.
in a nutshell: redesign and improve static html pages, by adding easy navigation features, and convert them into a user friendly CD.
