What the macro has to do
The macro will need to post a message into multiple chat room windows at a particular time interval of around 40-60 seconds. The only keystrokes it will be required to simulate are:
to get the last message posted
to post it to the chat room.
This must also be on an unlimited loop. The macro must go from one chat room to the other and simulate the keystrokes described above. There will be roughly 5-10 chat rooms open at one point. The macro would have to periodically go from one room to the other and act out the keystrokes.
Other features
+ A facility to record the macros activity such as the amount of messages posted that night would be useful. Possibly stored in a log file. This is not entirely necessary.
+ Anti-flood protection – Possibly making the message variable and at a long time interval would stop the “Bot” getting kicked out of the chat room.
Stability
This macro must be stable as it will be running for long periods of time, as far as weeks on end. It should if possible resemble a real person.
Initial Set up
The macro is not required to login to the chat rooms themselves, this will be done manually by a user. I am not sure how to arrange the windows so that the macro can post a message into the box. The general layout of the java based client is as follows;
