Create a small java gui

Hello, need a small java gui. The gui have to run on a raspberry pi. Need only the Frontend. Please check the files attached how it have to look like.
The date picker you could choose but remember that the gui should run on a api (no javafx).
The popupkeyboard only should have the chars from a to z, the numbers from 0-9 and a @, delete and enter button.
The text should the application load dynamically from a txt file or something like this.
