Design and implement the simulation of a finite automaton to determine whether a password is
valid or not. A valid password is defined as a string of at least 8 characters, and at most 10. Two
of these characters must be upper case letters, two of these characters must be digits, one the
characters must be a special character, and the rest of the characters can be any combination of
ASCII characters.
