Manual Joomla install, template, and etc

I have a current website that would like to transfer data to a Joomla template ([url removed, login to view])

Things I would need:

Manual install of Joomla (I currently use [url removed, login to view] as my hosting account)

Install of template

Transfer content from old website to new

Replace the "Student Login" form found on the new template with a Yelp Banner that I will provide. (may need to help size accordingly)

Replace the "Our Staff" section on the right with a Facebook "Like" widget that I will provide (may need to help size accordingly)

Add a Favicon

Move logo from the middle of the page to the left and add a tag line to the right. (I will let you know the content of this)

Make the site search friendly url's

My current website has a custom form for clients to fill out and has file uploading capabilities that will need transferring. Please make sure you know how to code or transfer this to the new template. (this form will replace the "Admissions" page of the new template)

I will provide files for the favicon, the 4 main slideshow pictures, yelp banner, yelp link, facebook widget, logos, and the rest of the content will be on the existing site.

Time to complete this project will be 4 days starting from today.
