Dynamic Navigation Menu for website

For our new website we need a dynamic navigation menu for the user-account.

The menu has two different sidebars. The left sidebar contains icons as main categories. When the user clicks on one icon, he can see the sub-category links on the right sidebar.

-design of the navigation already exists (see attachment)

-it must be easily definable which main category is activated at the moment (after click on a sub-category when a new side is loaded the right main category must be activated). Maybe with a variable in the code, so we can set it via php or ajax.

Optional: Ajax (please specify in your bid if your bid includes this optional part): The sub-category links/parts of the navigation are stored in external files and loaded after clicking

Payment: After project is finished by paypal or moneybookers
