Flash video simple-to-use widget needed for wordpress website

You'll notice in BootyBumpers under the 'Videos Just Added' text, are the latest videos added to the website - I've created these using .GIF images. I would like to replace this with a simple animated widget that will look similar to...

Functionality: A user will click on an animated video clip and be directed via url to the post.

I am not a flash-user nor a javascript expert, and I need this widget to be easily updated manually by me - or if you have a better solution for easy usability, pm about it!

Please pm me your recommendations of how you will approach this project and your portfolio of flash/javascript examples.

Also state the estimated time you think you can complete this project. I need this ASAP.
