We need a clone of the image editor shown in the demo here:

basic features include ability to:
select image from assigned folder,
FLIP, FLOP, CROP RESIZE, ROTATE, ADD white frame around sides.
the editor will also need to be able to:
a) save image whilst maintaining high quality and optimising for quick download .
b) allow the user to name the edited image with a new name and save it seperate to the old image in the same folder.
Basic colour scheme will be applied as will our logo, this tool will be incorporated with a image WYSIWYG editor at a later date so full source code is required.
