Numilia Mobile App at present:
Numilia is a web application which use is to track personal and business expenses.
At present, it has more than 2000 paying customers and around 15000 active users including free trials. Users can access the application via desktop webapp ([url removed, login to view]), iOS and Android App and a webapp optimized for mobile devices ([url removed, login to view]).
Numilia Mobile is an app developed with AngularJS+Ionic 1 framework. It uses a small local noSQL DB: Lokijs. It uses proprietary API to read/update/create/delete data.

The same code is compiled within Cordova framework, and it is currently available on both Android and iOS platforms (you can download the app for free on any of the two app stores).
Language: italian. As you may see from the codebase, there's a little hint for a dictionary system, but it has never been fully implemented. Target application language is italian.
Note that the UI for smartphones is different from the UI for tablets. So, tablet and “desktop” which have large screens show the “details” page in a modal window.
Requirements:
Refactor of the mobile webapp ([url removed, login to view]), maintaining the same functionality and style, but rewriting the code using the following stack: Typescript + Ionic 3 (with Angular 5).
Tools:
Repository: GIT. The whole code will be deployed daily to a GIT repository
Product Backlog: Visual Studio Online or Asana
Agile Work Organization:
We will use an Agile/Scrum methodology to have at the end of a sprint functional release of part of the software. At the end of the sprint there will be the approval and the payment of the milestone delivered. The length of the sprint will be decided together.
Definition of done: application tested and approved by us.
Each sprint will include:
- Sprint planning: call conference
- Daily meeting (in the morning) depending on the time zone. chat or call (Skype or hangout) or [url removed, login to view]
- Daily communication: chat or call (Skype or hangout) or [url removed, login to view]
- Daily commit
At the end of the sprint:
- deploy on a test website
- test
- approval
- payment
- sprint retrospective
