Set up Bing/Microsoft merchants order tracking UET tag correctly

We have a Bing/Microsoft merchant account and have set up the UET page tracking (on all pages) and UET order tracking tags (on purchase "thank you" page) through Google tag manager. We have checked that the tags are firing properly with correct values through the GTM preview mode. Further we can confirm from our Bing merchant analytics that pageviews as well as conversions. However the conversion value always shows up as $1.
We need you to take a look at the GTM set up, place a fake order through our website, and correct the order tracking tag set up so that conversion values are correctly tracked.
Please note that google tag manager is a must - we will NOT include direct javascript code in our website for this purpose.
