Set up JavaScript for Adobe Captivate Slides

I'm creating some slides with Adobe Captivate- a lot of regular advanced actions - Assign, Increment,Hide, Show, Change State - but these change just a little for each button, and I have 120 buttons. I also think this can be simplified. So I'd like to use JavaScript to do this. If you have Captivate and are good with JavaScript, please respond and I'll send my slides. Thank you.
