integrate two plugins into open cart joomla version

I am using open cart within joomla called aceshop but opencart is suppose to work the same.
I have to modules that seem to conflict with each other because they seem to use the same files and i need the problem resolved asap! I
Modules are partial payments module and a barcode module.
