JSP Upload Picture + Insert Into Mysql DB

need a page called [login to view URL]

it will be able to upload a picture

and have a text box for keyword

it will enter data into this mysql table

`user_name` varchar(50) default NULL,

it will just enter the keyword and leave the rest blank

then it will get the id and save the image in ./images/[id].jpg
