Home Business Link Building

I Need 100 home business / money making related links. Must match the requirements below.

We are willing to work with selected provider ongoing.

Needs:

1. I prefer links to be from marketing, home business, money making related websites.

2. Links must be permanent - No paid / rented links.

3. One link per IP address. No more than 2 links form same C class IP

4. Link must be static html that is search engine friendly

5. Links from directories, blog comments, forums, classifieds and

guestbooks will not be accepted. This includes automated linking directory scripts on sites too.

6. Linking page should have no more than 50 outbound links on it

7. PR3 minimum and up for the linking page!

8. No Scraped content, mirror sites, link schemes and sites overrun with contextual ads, popups, intrusive advertising, etc.

9. Link page must not be excluded by [url removed, login to view] and the anchor text must not contain the rel=nofollow tag

10. Contain the target key phrase as an anchor (full list will be provided)

11. Linked sites must be in production and active. (Developed and Not under Construction)

12. No African, Indian, Chinese IP address

13. Alexa rank of the donor site less than 10mln

14. Create and spread links OVER a time SPAN of 4-6 weeks

15. Link page will ALREADY be indexed and RECENTLY (within last 3mths)cached by Google.

16. Money will be escrowed and released after you have finished.

17. We reserve the right to reject any link not found suitable or meeting these requirements

Provide a report that notes

a) date the link was made,

b) exact URL link site,

c) exact URL link IP address,

d) exact URL link Google PR (page rank),

e) Anchor Text (should be from list of keywords),

f) Linked URL,
