Icon and Splash Screen Professional Design

I need a couple of GOOD QUALITY PROFESSIONAL designs, one for an Icon and the other for a Splash screen for a software product.
The software is a money manager / personal finance. (Checkbook, savings, credit cards, etc).
Once accepted your bid, you will need to submit the idea (or ideas) for the design previously you work on the design itself for approval. Just a brief 20-30 word description to know what is going to be in the design. (ie. I will put an image of a wallet with coins, etc)
The icon should maintain design consistency with the Splash screen.
The icon design should be delivered in three different sizes but they are the same design, just need to be sure that the design looks fine at every resolution listed. The icons needed are:
Application Icon (57x57px PNG)
High Resolution Application Icon (114x114px PNG)
Large Icon (512x512px JPEG)
Both splash screens are the same too just adapting them to portrait and landscape
Startup Screenshot Portrait (768x1004px PNG)
Startup Screenshot Landscape (1024x748px PNG)
Images should be delivered in Photoshop in PSD files, separated in layers, especially text, with the resolution indicated for each design in a way that 5 photoshop files should be delivered.
Original Artwork included should be delivered in Adobe Illustrator.
Design should be original, no previous published or used material and it should not include any Copyrighted images or photographies.
If you have samples of your work will be much better.
I will receive exclusive and complete copyright to all work purchased.
All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc.).
