Experienced Magento Programmer for SMS Extension

I'm in need of 3 custom extensions. The extensions need to be multi-store compatible, filtered so that they work separately with all stores. All 3 extensions includes installation on our server, debug, testing/repair errors/ conflicts.
Requirement 1: Project and Progress/Status update on elance every other day. If you can't meet this requirement, please refrain from bidding.
Requirement 2: all points in the attachment must be met for the project to be considered complete.
I have not set a budget, the award of this project will depend on your good feedbacks and lowest possible bid.
Completion time: 4-5 weeks max
