Design a speed controller for a 12 volt battery powered 60 amp boat trolling motor. The unit will have a setting for off, forward and reverse. Off the shelf or commercially available products are fine to use. Speed can be controlled through a dial, throttle or hand held device. Design should include necessary enclosure and throttle 3d models and be contained or waterproof. Open to novel ideas such as remote control as well. If you have built something similar let me know, looking for experience.
