I am looking to produce a flat-pack coffee table prototype. The design is comprised of flat pieces that are designed to interlock to form the table. The pieces can then be taken apart to pack the table flat for storage. The table top is 36" in diameter, and the overall height of the table is 18". The thickness of the pieces is 3/4". The pieces are simple to cut, but the tolerances have to be tight as the parts have to interlock. I have images of a scale model of the table design, and I have the CAD file ready for milling. As tolerances are important at scale, a wood that doesn't vary too greatly in thickness is necessary for the material. A quality plywood like ApplePly is preferred, but I am open to suggestions.

Tolerance will be guaranteed by using a cnc milling machine. I have 7 years experience in rapid prototyping
