Dear Bidder,
Please open the proposal as attached, read carefully, and answer these question when bid.
1) Please break down the price and time frame separately for the image processing core and developing the GUI.
2) I also like to hear about your methodology and algorithm you consider for this project.
For example, how to close the open contour (border) where there is an opening, and how it is done automatically regarding a wide range of IVUS images, in some the lumen is very visible while in others it is rather unclear.
3) Please offer a preliminary result of detected lumen for one IVUS and one TVC frames.

I have been working in Matlab for 5 years now. I have previously done a project on finding the cyst from images of eye which were .dcm files and then training a neural network for further training and testing.
