Need an application for Android which records microphone during a call

The application is a proof of concept. There is no need for any complex GUI. Application needs to catch a beginning of a call and capture a MICROPHONE (local speaker) data to file. The further steps will require integration with web server and development of nice application. But the first step is mandatory. We know that not all devices can support it equally, so we can work with particular subset of devices.
