We are a manufacturer of High Speed slow motion cameras, check out a o s . c h
Our newest camera model can be controlled over WiFi. The camera only produces RAW data video (bayer RGB pattern). Before we start development of a camera controll app we have to make sure a mobile device like Android Tablet or iPad is able to smoothly decode the video stream produced by the camera.
This project is only about developing an app for Android and iPad which decodes a sample video to demonstrate these devices can smoothly decode the video data.

Our RAW3 file format definition is attached below.
Deliverables for this project are:
- Android app which replays the above video as smoothly as possible
- iPad app which replays the above video as smoothly as possible
- no UIs required, the app should just replay the sample video.
Please post samples of earlier developments which show that you have experience in programming mobile apps which require a lot of CPU and GPU computing power.
