Video App using tokbox or quickblox or others for 3 platforms

I need a barebone video app to be built.

To integrate quickblox or tokbox or any other video-service provider that you know.

I need a set of files/folders such that I can put it up to adobe phonegap build, because I only know web tech. I do not know android studio or swift or such. And I want to be able to see your html/js files and make change as necessary.

So, after putting through APB, the apk file should work in android device, and the ipa in iOS. Also, the html codes should work in browser. So, 3 platforms should work interoperably.

That means 3 person using same device can access the app (via android, ios, browser), and join the room session.

Pls bid ONLY if you have done tokbox/quickblox or such video provider before and made an multi-platform app with them before.

I need this in 3 days.
