Xamarin forms list views, feature addition. -- 2

Modification of a list view in a Xamarin forms project to support the following

1. Data population of the items from an web based API. Data returned in json format.

2. Paging i.e. displaying a list of N items and once the user scrolls to the end of listview, loading and displaying the next set of items. A loader needs to be displayed while the items are being fetched.

3. Display of a text message when no items are found.

4. Refreshing of the list when the user changes the search parameters i.e. - search button which display an overlay, user enters search terms, clicks search, overlay closes, list is refreshed based on new parameters.

Modifications are to be generic in nature so that they can be used for other list views. App needs to run on both on Android and iOS.
