Hello there!
I need a server side web crawler implemented.
The languages/tools you wish to use is completely up to you, however I would expect to hear justification on the languages/tools used, I am also a software engineer and have an idea of how I would approach this.
Our budget is up to $50/hour for this and I would assess it to be a 2-4 week project, if you're the right guy.
