Delvelop an ASP.NET site (in C#) and a corresponding Web service that together is responsible for deploying software and updates to workstations.
The site will track different software "environments", perform diffs between environments, allow new software packages to be uploaded to those environments, and the user will set when an environment is available for download, and be able to see which workstations are using which package (from which environment.)
The part that actually deploys the packages to the workstations is not included and is a separate project.
