The program should map on as many provided fields as possible to increase the likelihood of successful matching. In the event that a subset of fields are mapped, the program should indicate which fields were successfully mapped to the associated LinkedIn and Twitter accounts.

Requirement

The input to the script will be a list of contacts. The contact list will utilize a text file containing the following contact details stored in separated fields: First Name, • Last Name, Company, Location (Will be provided separate fields: City, State/Province and Country), Phone Number , Email address, Website, Title

The actual list will not be provided. An example tab delimited text file will be provided.

The program should not require any additional licensing APIs for LinkedIn or Twitter. A recruiter login will be used for LinkedIn upon script execution.

The program will be run from a command line with three parameters defining

a) the location of the source input file

b) the location of the keyword files used to search the account profile

c) the location of the result file.

During execution the script may prompt for the appropriate username and password to use for LinkedIn and Twitter to perform the search activities.

Script Requirements

1 The program should be written in English in a modular fashion such that additional social media applications and services can be added over time.

2 The program should be written in a common development language such as .Net, Powershell or Javascript.

3 The source files must be provided

4 The script coding and logic must be well documented.

5 The script must follow the mapping logic as described in the following section.

6 The keywords will be in comma or tab delimited text file. This will allow our operators to refine the program without requiring additional code changes.

Script Mapping Process

1. Attempt to locate the appropriate contact or contacts matching the search criteria by examining the possible mapping fields available in each application:

Linkedin: First Name, Last Name, Associated Twitter Account, Website, Location

School and/or Company, Profile Keywords Containing one of (Security, BeyondTrust, Vulnerability, Privilege, etc), Email, Phone

Twitter: Birthday, Website, Location, Name (but this can be changed to anything, much like a handle)

Most are optional fields, but everyone seems to fill in location on both platforms.

2. For Each matched LinkedIn account, provide associated social media accounts that can be extracted from the LinkedIn profile (associated Twitter account) and include this in the mapped script output

3. For both LinkedIn and Twitter people can “follow” BeyondTrust and BeyondTrust Employees (and vice versa). To increase successful maps the program should traverse through who follows BeyondTrust and BeyondTrust employees by narrowing the search to just them before doing a broader search if there is no match.

4. For each match indicate which search parameters wholly, or partially matched the accounts in LinkedIn and\or Twitter

5. The output of the script should be a tab delimited text file containing the

a. The contact record and associated details

b. The associated LinkedIn Account(s) matching the contact record

i. The match criteria used to make the successful match

ii. If multiple LinkedIn in accounts have been selected as possible matches, they should all be listed with associated matching criteria

c. The associated Twitter Account(s) matching the contact record

i. The match criteria used to make the successful match

ii. If multiple possible Twitter accounts have been selected as possible matches, they should all be listed with associated matching criteria
