Build a NodeJS Function to connect with Google ReCaptcha v3 API

You will create an Azure Function to receive POST data from a Google ReCaptcha v3 script and run it throught the Google API to see if it is a bot. Then, return a failed code if it is a bot or a success code if it is not a bot.
Upon success, you will then take all the POST data and forward it to another server via JSON Data.
