Graphic Designer Needed For Small Project

I've realized that I'm doing too much of the actual graphic design work myself (and to be totally honest, I'm not the best at graphic design).
I need a talented graphic designer to take over the design work on small projects so? I can free up some of my time to do other things.
I currently have 40 website templates that I give away to my prospects.? Many of those prospects do not like ANY of the 40 website templates, and many have requested to have custom graphics made for these templates.
I'm looking for a talented graphic designer who can create new custom images for these website templates, on a per project basis.
All the website templates are designed the same, and all contain the following images and dimensions...

(a very few of the templates also contain an additional image, but only a few of them.)
Each template also includes a set of navigation buttons (running down the left side of each page).? These buttons were built using Xara Menu Maker, and use javascript to create rollover effects.
Many people are requesting changes to these buttons as well, so those would also need changed for each of the custom graphics projects.
Actually, we've got all these templates laid out very similarly, so in almost every case, we'd just need new images to overwrite the existing graphics, and no HTML changes should need to be made 99% of the time.
I have distributed these templates to over 400 of my prospects so far, so there is a good chance that many of them will want to have custom graphics made so their website template is unique to their business.
And over the next several weeks, I plan to distribute these templates to many hundreds more of my prospects, so this could turn into an ongoing project pretty rapidly.
