Need features added to my penny auction, similar to swoopo

I need a couple features added to my penny auction site-
1. Buy it now- I already have a buy it now in place, but it does not calculate bids placed to lower the buy it now price like "swoop it now" does. I also would
like it to calculate live without having to refresh, if possible.
2. A timer cap- As you already know, whenever a bid is placed the time goes up a few seconds, I want to have a cap on how far the time can go up so when
multiple bids are placed the timer can not exceed past a set amount of time, ex. 30 seconds.
3. Win limits- Self explanatory, I want to set a limit on how many auctions a user can win in a month.
4. Fix my registration page, whenever there is an attempt to register the page just refreshes and nothing happens.
