71493 PHP ORDERS PAGE DATABASE

I have a website that has an orders page for the main site. When people enroll the system produces an affiliate ID which is a trackable replicated website. On the website there are menus buttons for the orders page and a contact page. What I want to do is have a system that the sales reps own orders page with their own merchant account like a PAyPal/2Checkout account will be that of the salesrep and not corporate head quarters orders/contact pages. So based upon the affilate ID issuedfor that sales rep the system would populate the proper sales rep pages from the MYSQL database. for the ORDERS page and the Contact page. This way the sales rep gets paid directly to their bank account through what ever service they choose for their ORDER PAGE and the sales rep gets the email when someone fills in their Contact page.
