Hi I need a few things implemented on my video file sharing website.

I'm wanting to create a jackpot contest for all paid entries into each category. The programming will require:

1) Some tweaks to the registration process

2) A display of how much the current jackpot is (based on the amount of paid entries minus 30% to the site. This jackpot figure will display in the window on the homepage of each category that a jackpot is running. I want these figures automatically coded to do the math deducting the 30% to the site.

3) Also, I have a job portal on my site...a free version and a paid version..the free version is getting spam and possibly hacked so I need each posting to go to a pending queue to be approved before it appears live on the site. Would also like to send an automatic email to them letting them know their posting is pending and should appear on the site with 24 hours. Once approved, another generated email stating their listing was successfully posted. They should also have the option to delete their posting.

I need a quick turnaround ..please let me know
