Longterm Arrangement .asp .NET SQL

Habitus As has developed a webapplication based on classic ASP (Active Server Pages), Visual Basic Scripts and SQL2000 / SQL2005 for preschools and kindergardens in Norway, Denmark and Sweeden. The application consists of Frontend (for users), Backend Administration Module (with administration of articles, subscribers, invoice, CMS ++) and also a homepagemodule that we offer the Kindergardens. We are also developing a netshop in Norway. We are in growth and need one or more persons that can handle SQL, .asp and asp.net (we are planning on converting all our applications from .asp to .net but this has to be gradual done). For starters we could try some specific projects to see that we work together. Both sides has to be satisfied. If it works out like we would like, we want to make a long term agreement based on further development of all our applications. You must of course communicate well in English both on paper and verbal. It is also important that you have the ability to work independent and we would like suggestions on how we could make our applications even better. You will be part of a concept solution that is in great growth.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
