I need an ASP.NET expert to handle e-mail support for a period of 20 days from July 1 to July 20. (during my honeymoon).
You'll need to familiarize yourself with the product ([url removed, login to view]) and read the documentation pages - but pretty much everything should be documented for you.
It's a very stable product, and support volume averages about 2 e-mails per day.
Most questions are due to incorrect configuration or user error. Bug-related questions I'll handle when I get back - you'll inform the user I'm on my honeymoon and will try to resolve their issue when I return.
Customer service is very important to me, and my response time is under 1 hour for 60% of tickets. I'll need that response time maintained, and clients handled with respect and politeness.
I can either pay by hour, by ticket, or a lump sum.
