Candidates must: 1)Have team of MS engineer or able to deliver the finished software (after QC tested) within two months time frame after project confirmation. 2)Possess very strong application software development skills in Microsoft Windows .NET 3)Certified Microsoft Developer. 4)Familiar with deployment of Microsoft Active Directory Schema Extension. 5)Familiar with MSDE database. 6)Familiar with Microsoft programming style, software coding and development method are complied with Microsoft 3rd party software Compatibility, Testing, and Certification process. 7)Previous completed job (one job) with size of about $3,000 or equivalent. 8)Already have all the equipment and software needed to execute this contract including Window 2003 Server, developer tools and Installation software tools. 9)Already have software licensing and administrative tools utility. 10)Able to master Microsoft Fax Services and its API as most of the work are toward this. 11)Able to use Brooktrout Fax Board Configuration. This should not be very difficult for most coders. 12)Must be innovative and able to inject technical advice and opinion into the project since I will only give out the business requirements and some guideline on the Brooktrout Fax Board Configuration, your technical-know-how and able to do quick research is very important to the project. ## Deliverables
