Facebook Metatags

Hello,

I'm looking for a coder to complete a task in a custom CMS, we will make available an option that allows to select several social networks (facebook, twitter, linkedin and Google Plus):

- Wherever the user enables/disables a checkbox it will hide the respective social button in the frontpage (If the user don't checkbox the Twitter the Twitter "tweet" button don't appear in the frontpage.)

- When enables the Facebook checkbox it will fill Facebook metatags using the existing.
