Need what I believe to be a pretty routine Drupal 7 module here should be almost a copy and paste job for some developers out there using snippets they already have banked.
I have a custom content type which is results from a fitness test with the following fields
Test ID - Need this to be non-null & a unique id
Player - The unique id of the user who's test result it is
Test Date - The date the test was performed
There are also various individual test results, 13 in total. For the sake of saving time I will just list 3
Push Ups - Number of push ups performed
800m Run - Time in minutes/seconds
Long Jump - Distance in m
etc.
What I need
a) I need a custom form built for when the user enters their data. It needs to automatically put in the test id (hidden field on form, auto increment in the database) and player ID (ID of the current logged in player who is entering their own test, hidden field on form). The rest of the fields (test date and each test result) will be manually entered by the user.
I would like if possible for this form to work as a 2 step process. Step 1 they enter their details, step 2 they review and confirm their details then submit. If they are wrong they can go back to step 1.
I need each of the fields for the form to be placed individually so that I can move them around and style them with css.
b) I need a page that displays the most recent test results for a user. The page can be very basic I can style it later I just need the script made that goes into the database, grabs the latest test result for the current logged in user's id and displays it in a format like this:
Test Date: XX-XX-XXXX
Push Ups: XX reps
800m Run: XX:XX:XX
Long Jump: XXX m
Important things for this project:
1) A user can only enter their own test results at this point so the user id field is not editable by the user it is automatically put in as their own ID
2) Only that user's most recent test result is shown when a user goes to view their results (they can have multiple results stored in the database)
3) Need it coded so that each field has it's own code so I can style the page with css or remove certain fields if necessary.
4) Need this done ASAP Drupal experts only
