Football manager game lower price

We want to buy a ready game from some company which has created football manager game in the past for order of some custommer and still has the source code.

We will pay ONLY FOR READY GAME.

We want sophisticated football manager game with lots of feautures for training players, making transfers, building championship tables, playing matches, etc...

If I like the DEMO, I make the milestone payment, then I want to see the code. If I like the code and I can understand it I will reveal the payment.

The code MUST BE In PHP/Mysql in background, even if in frontend it is using Flash. It must be written in OOP or at least with functions files etc... I want to take this game as a basis to build up on with more feautures so I need to inderstand the code and be able to modify it (I am a programmer). Max budget is 300 USD.
