I already have a template for the new website with all psd, graphic and flash files included.
I do no have a host yet I need you to recommend what you think is the best solution...
I need somone that is creative and can problem solve.
what I want is... a information website about Florida party spots like, clubs, cafe's, eateries, spa's ect... seperated by metro area's, miami, tampa, orlando, ect...
I want to be able to update text and photos from a control panel for each business that is listed. Each business that is listed will have a short bio or blurb, a few photo's, tele, address and driving directions and map to there location, also up comming events and promotions.
with storing this information I think it may have to be done in a database. I also want to be able to create a log in for each business owner, so in the event they want to change there info or upload new pictures they can log in and do so or I can do so through the control panel.
There are a few other ideas I have, and I will go over them with the winning bidder. This project will also need future updates, so there will be addtional money to earn later also. I need english speaking coders. I need a coder that actually gives me a realistic time frame on project completion dates. I have had many coders say 2 weeks and it turns out to be 4 months. so please be honest with me on everything. i also do not want a copy and paste of your bio, please give me a specific response, and include references.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
