PHP script that checks an imap account downloads the messages and attachement and outputs it on a page

I need a php script to be put together that will do the following.
The script will check a specify e-mail account and download unread messages and attachments every 10 minutes. The only data that will be needed from the e-mail address is the From address, Subject, and the attachment.
The e-mail account is on a imap service.
When the user visits the script via a web browser the user will be presented with a rows of the last 30 messages that the script has downloaded.
Each row should be appear and broken down into the following colums.
1 - From address - subject - link to the attachment that was download.
The script should have a folder called attachments where all the attachments are downloaded.
If this can be done without a database that would great if not the database will be MySQL.

I want more details about the last 30 messages which will be displayed, i can do without mysql database, but it will start to load very slowly with more and more attachments daily increase...
