Finish PHP/AJAX development of special features in website

We are a video surveillance business and our clients use our site to access the cameras. There are 2 features, live and photo calendar view. Both need to be finished. They were started by different developers, but they both quit? Please don't quit on me!
Important details:
Each client is given a individual username login. They should only be able to view their cameras. The files for both the cameras and calendar are all there, I believe they just need to be fixed so they work properly. Additionally, we need to document a process to add users and cameras. Also, we need a way to remove old files from the FTP after a (selectable?) amount of time.
Live Cameras:
- Currently setup as iframe access. I would like to use the API access (api information available.)
- Need to keep the same features, as present: 'advanced' opens new window directly to camera; camera selector dropdown; camera options
- The cameras send a NEMA gps feed to the VPS. There are files to handle the parsing, etc but they are not working right. It keeps posting the same (wrong) information to the DB.
- I would like an option for the map to view the history of where it's been (lower priority)
File Upload/calendar view:
- We have a FTP server setup, which cameras upload files to.
- To access, you pull up a page with a calendar view; when you select a camera and then the date, you will see all the (thumbnail) pictures taken that day (sorted by time.) When you click on them they appear full size in Lightbox.
