I 'd like to create a php form within a page in which students can submit their name , code number and select to submit in one of 6 available classrooms. After they submit the form it should be validated to avoid double submissions of the same student and return a message that it has been submitted. Next the submitted classes should be retrieved from the database to be shown in another page as seperate classes and a note with the date it has been updated should be shown under it
