Extract specific content from youtube

I need a functionality to be created.

I am myself a developer, but I'm very busy with more complex project. So I'm outsourcing this one to anyone qualified.

It should take 2 hours max.

REQ:

Extract content from a <div class> after user has Input the youtube video URL.

Problem: A button need to be clicked on youtube every time to generate that <div class>

Solution: Create a function to extract the <div class> content after the button is clicked automatically through a script.

Client side: Display plaintext extracted contents in a textarea and offer possibility to download .TXT format or .SRT format

Please enhance everything with nice and neat Jquery effects.
