Mobile/Web App - HTML5 + Bootstrap + Stackmob

Project Description:

We have a business productivity app under development and we need extra capacity to accelerate development.

The enterprise platform we're building is a combination iPad app and cloud analytics. The iPad app is used to collect and manage survey and field audit data. The web app includes all the functionality of the iPad app plus additional functionality like back-end administration, dashboards, etc.

You MUST be someone who is expert in Twitter Boostrap, HTML5, Javascript, PHP, and who has experience building robust, RESTful, high performance, UX rich applications that include both offline and cloud connected data storage and sync capabilities using HTML.

You MUST also be experienced in using Cloud API Driven Database Back-Ends like StackMob, Kinvey, and Parse.

You MUST also be skilled in integrating RICH Visualizations (graphs, etc.) via open source and commercial Javascript plug-ins.

You MUST have Native and Web app building skills and be familiar with common tools and frameworks like PHP and Yii

You MUST have skills in building HTML5/BootStrap apps that need to opearte in "native like" fashion on the IPAD.

If you have TRUE Agile/Scrum skills that is a HUGE PLUS.

This app includes some of the following functionality:

* Light-weight Project Management functionality,

* Survey Functionality (utlizing touch screen / swype actions on iPad)

* Very slick, animated graph creation functionality

* Note Taking Functionality

* Reporting Functionality

* Dashboard Reporting Functionality

* Scheduling Functionality

The apps will deploy to IPad and also be hosted on StackMob (or equiv). The back-end will be StackMob (a RESTful fully api driven cloud based database for mobile / web apps).

The apps will make HEAVY use of a few ANIMATED graphing widgets (From Sencha). These graphics will be driven by the data collected form the survey functionality.

The total unique screens in this application are approx. 25... additionally, there are at least 15-20 "pop-up" style Ajax forms / functions that compliment the user experience and workflow.

We seek a skilled developer that can work for us from 10-40 hours each week based on the work we have available.

We have man of our wireframes complete designed (High Fidelity) in flat PSD files.

We prefer North American providers (due to time zone and communication), but we will consider other developers have VERY proven and deep experience building these kinds of applications AND have EXCEPTIONAL english / communication skills.

Lastly, we will NOT consider bids from firms where we are working through a project manager. We REQUIRE that we be able to work DIRECTLY with the developer.
