Ebook & Template site including Directory w/ Products

I have a project that has a couple of ideas put into one. It is based on three sites.

I have a mockup of what I would like the site look like with the attachment. As you can see from the attachment I need a pull down screen for the products. google adsense in there, membership sign up. A logo if possible. Also the post visited products or most hits need to put underneath "most popular"

The site will be offering a membership to a ton of different types of ebooks, templates, audio, videos etc.

For the ebooks products:

I would like it be similar to the setup of [url removed, login to view] It has an image of the product and click on it and it has a description. I also want to add another link to the description where it has a link for the product with the website.

For example for each product:

then the product will have a link connecting to it

I have around 1,000 products like the example above. These products have ready made websites that the person who buys the product has a website that comes with it. So each product will need a link connecting to the website that comes with.

Templates:

For the templates that will be setup alittle different.

I love how [url removed, login to view] setups the templates and I would like it similar to the feel of that. There about 3000 templates images that will have to be loaded along with template zip files.

Diretory:

Also I want a directory added to the "directory" button and you can use [url removed, login to view] which I can pay the 30 dollars for the script if you need it. that will need to be customized like you see with the attached file.

Also need about 25 .info domains with the same homepage made that connect to the main domain name.

But I don't want them to be parked domains.

For example.

[url removed, login to view] will homepage that looks exactly like the homepage of the main domain name of the site but all the buttons and links will connect to the main domain. If you click "home" it will go to the main domain. If you click "products" it will go to the main domain name. I will have about 25 of these .info domain names that will be a copy of the main domain name homepage but connect to the main domain name.

What are you bidding on is making the site and a admin plus all the pictures and products will need to be loaded plus the directory. The directory needs to be customized so it fits with the products being sold. With all the products, you are looking at over 10,000 products being added including the templates. I will have all products and images loaded for you. They will be sent to you on DVDs because the file will be to large to send.

You can build the site on whatever platforum you would like. I personally like joomla and wordpress the best. I feel probably most comfortable with of those two if you can use those.
