Need a Simliar Site Professionally Built

**GOAL:**? Create a website that functions in the exact simliar manor like this? <[url removed, login to view]>

so that the end user will be able to create a website on their own. The website must have all functions and details feature on this site. Site must be webbased and when the customer logs in they have choose my paypal button to pay, it automates payment into begining of site wizard.

**LOGIN:** Customer will create a login so they can upload and change site. Forget password option included.

**TEMPLATES:** You will pre-populate 100 templates for the customer to choose from from the 23 catergories ( see sample site for catergories)

**PICTURES:** All pictures and templates provided by you for website creation for the end user to choose from.?

**USER PANEL:** I will need a user panel to manage the sites that have been created, add, remove, delete, when posted, all necessary features for managing, users, passwords,timelines.

**DOMAIN:** I have a domain name that you can upload the site to.

**SUB DOMAIN:** When the customer creates the site, the customer will be able to? INPUT a sub domain from my domain. [url removed, login to view] This will have theior website.

**FLOW OF CREATION**: The site? must fully function just like the site I have stated on this discription.?

**BROWSER:** Homepage must be simple for the user to begin creating the site with the wizard. Before they can create, they must be a member with user & PW.

**Delevery:** Website must be 100% complete & fully functionally in which an end user can pick a catergory, decide on one of the four templates, choose header,add text,have all text editor feature functional as sampel site, to also upload photos,links,text size etc.

**TEST FIRST BEFORE DELIEVRY:**? Upload the site on your server, once tested, configure and upload on my customers server.

**PRIVACY:**? Please do not type domain in? RAC for privacy purposes.
