I need a PHP/MySQL script that allows users to upload up to 10 images at a time from a browser-based (HTML) form to the server, and also writes the file names MySQL. The script must also resize the images to a maximum width/height (which I'll provide). The uploader should also display a status bar that shows how far along it is while uploading.
Our budget for this is $40 and it must be completed by 13:00 GMT tomorrow (13 April 2010).
